About Dr. Lorraine Tilbury

Lorraine brings a unique combination of scientific, technical and training expertise to help clients manage the challenges of the regulatory arena.

Loraine Tilbury is a highly skilled expert in toxicology and regulatory affairs, with substantial experience in the chemical, pesticide and pharmaceutical sectors. She has consulted to both trade associations and leading multinational corporations such as DuPont, Pfizer, Arysta Lifescience and Nufarm. A Veterinarian and American-Board Certified Toxicologist, she holds degrees in Veterinary Medicine, Toxicologic Pathology, and Toxicology. Published in peer-reviewed scientific journals on cell proliferation, chemical carcinogenesis, risk assessment & medical writing, she is affiliated with the Society of Toxicology and represents clients in European inter-professional advocacy groups. 

Lorraine’s scientific and regulatory expertise is uniquely complemented by a track record in driving leadership, learning and development programs. Lorraine has held senior leadership roles across Europe in training, career development and project management. She was certified by DuPont for their signature “Targeted Development” career program, which she delivered across Europe, the Middle East and Africa for high potentials and senior management.  She also serves on the Board of the Professional Women's Network Global Federation as Vice President of Mentoring.  
At Prospero, Lorraine contributes her scientific knowledge to the working groups in the trade associations we serve, helps clients understand and interpret complex and interrelated pieces of legislation, and develops industry positions for use in advocacy and communications.
